At Bolton Clarke, diversity in all of its forms is respected and celebrated. The Bolton Clarke Diversity Framework 2017-2025 is an organisation-wide strategy to better understand and respond to the diverse needs and choices of our clients, residents, workforce and other customers.

The Framework uses a Diversity Conceptual Model to help us consider the multiple diversity characteristics of our clients and residents and how these may impact on their ability to participate in their care. It also supports us to respond with culturally safe care and services.

Our approach to inclusive and responsive services that support individuals makes a real difference to the lives of many people in our care.

Our Digital Diversity Stories are used as part of our Diversity Framework 2017-2025 to help our teams identify, understand and respond to diversity to support the individual needs of clients and residents.

Each story has a specific focus - CALD, Aboriginal, LGBTIQ+, veteran, wound and elder abuse - but also presents the multiple diversity characteristics and holistic needs of each client and resident.
