Role description

Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our At Home Support clients and Residential Aged Care residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. 
These include:
  • Personal care
  • Assistance to continue to live well and positively
  • Assistance with meals
  • Engaging in social activities

Bolton Clarke Enrolled Nurses provide a range of clinical and care services to our At Home Support clients and Residential Aged Care residents across a variety of practice areas, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
These include:
  • Providing and monitoring the care of our clients and residents
  • Using a systematic multiple approach to clinical decision-making
  • Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
  • Collaborating with health care teams, community supports, referrers, GPs, families and allied health professionals
  • Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team
